Assistant coach of Karela United, Abukari Damba has said they will approach their opener of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign with all seriousness.Karela will host Asante Kotoko at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.Despite recording wins over the Porcupine Warriors last campaign, Damba, says they know the quality Prosper Narteh Ogum’s sides possess and they will therefore approach the game with all seriousness.“We are preparing well for the upcoming season and we are playing against Asante Kotoko and we all know their quality so we are going to approach this game with all the seriousness to get the desired results whether we are playing home or away,” the former Black Stars goalkeeper told Asempa FM as monitored by Footballghana.com.“We preparing and getting ourselves ready physically and mentally and that is what we have been doing since we started our preseason,” he added.Meanwhile, the 2024/25 season has been scheduled to kick off on September 6.
