The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will launch its 2024 manifesto on Saturday (24 August), at the University of Education, Winneba in the Central Region.
It is another high-profile party campaign event of the opposition NDC towards the December polls.
The manifesto launch is under the theme: “Change to Reset Ghana”.
A statement signed and issued by the party’s national communications officer, Sammy Gyamfi, said the event, scheduled for 12 noon, would feature the flag bearer of the NDC, former President John Dramani Mahama, as the special guest.
Also in attendance would be members of the National Executive Committee, members of the Council of Elders, Members of Parliament, parliamentary candidates and an array of distinguished guests from the diplomatic corps, clergy, traditional authorities, civil society organisations, academia, labour organisations, creative arts, among others.
