Vote NDC let’s help you reorganize your party – Mahama begs disappointed NPP members

Former President and Leader of the National Democratic Congress in the 2024 elections, John Dramani Mahama, has appealed against voter apathy, especially among disappointed members of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He has explained to them that the only way to take back their party and sack the family and friends who have taken over is to step out on election day and vote massively for the National Democratic Congress.

To him, it is glaringly clear that the current New Patriotic Party is not the political party everyone knows because Ghanaians saw the administration of John Agyekum Kufour and his exploits in making Ghana better.

He is of the view that taking the party into opposition will help reorganize their base and ensure the party is back to where it belongs.

“I have many friends in the NPP and I know they are disappointed in the performance of their government. Many of them have met that they won’t vote in this election because they are not happy so they say they won’t vote at all, if we won’t vote for NPP, we won’t vote at all.

We all know that this NPP that is in government is not the NPP we know. We have seen Kufour as leader of the NPP before and it’s not the same as what is happening today.

“They shouldn’t say they won’t vote. They should vote for the NDC so that we will help them to take the party to opposition, then they will sack that family and friends people away and take their party back,” he told a charged crowd in Accra.
