Sunyani: Police arrest eight persons for attacking Metro Mass Transit workshop

The Ghana Police Service has intercepted eight individuals in connection with recent incidents of vandalism, looting, and destruction of property, resulting in a total of 97 arrests made to date.

According to ACP Grace Ansah-Akrofi, the director of public affairs at the Ghana Police Service, these eight men were involved in an attack on a Metro Mass Transit facility in Sunyani.

The suspects are currently in police custody for further investigation.
