SuCasa Properties has said its commitment and effort to provide affordable houses to Ghanaians has largely contributed to its success story.
Speaking on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Friday (13 September), sales representative at SuCasa Properties, Godwin Amuh said real estate firms have played a critical role in reducing Ghana’s housing deficit from 2.8 million to 1.8 million units.
”So to begin with a few success stories or a major story, I’ll mention is to be able to give homes to people at a very good price to help reduce the housing deficit that the country is facing at the moment.”
”Some years back, it was around 2.8 million housing deficit. And as we speak right now it’s about 1.8 million. So you can see that with the increase in more real estate companies, it has really boosted the housing system in Ghana.”
”So I think, we have been able to provide houses for the average Ghanaian, it has been one of our success stories. We have not mainly targeted at making mass profits but our main priority and our effort has been to provide homes for Ghanaians,” Amuh said.
