SuCasa Properties aims to tackle Ghana’s housing deficit with affordable solutions

SuCasa Properties is positioning itself to address Ghana’s critical housing shortage, according to Michael Vealle, the company’s head of aales.

The real estate firm is focusing on affordability as a key strategy to help the government reduce the country’s 1.8 million housing deficit.

Speaking exclusively to Asaase Radio, Vealle emphasised SuCasa Properties’ commitment to easing the housing burden.

“We are concentrating more on what we’re doing because 1.8 million housing deficit within this country; we want to be able to strategically place ourselves to help the government in getting that off its neck,” he said.

“One of the ways to do that is to do what we are doing in the area of affordability.”

In less than a decade, SuCasa Properties has established itself as a significant player in addressing Ghana’s housing infrastructure challenges.

The company offers a range of flexible payment plans and customisation options, enabling potential homeowners to find properties that suit their needs and budgets.

The real estate firm has already completed two communities comprising 72 units and is currently developing a third, which is expected to add approximately 787 units to the market.
