Rapper 6ix9ine demands $1m from LA fitness after vicious Sauna ambush

Rapper 6ix9ine has taken legal steps against LA Fitness, claiming the gym’s negligence led to a violent assault on him at one of their Florida locations in March 2023.

According to court documents, the rapper holds the fitness centre responsible for failing to provide sufficient security and alleges their staff lacked proper training to handle emergencies.

The lawsuit also criticizes the delayed response, which he says worsened the situation.

Seeking over $1 million in damages, 6ix9ine is pursuing compensation for injuries, emotional trauma, medical expenses, lost earnings, and a decreased quality of life.

The incident occurred while the rapper was using the sauna, where a group of men ambushed him in a vicious attack.

Although he tried to defend himself, he was overpowered and left severely injured. His lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, explained that 6ix9ine had no security detail with him during the incident.

The gym staff eventually called for help after hearing the commotion, and paramedics rushed him to a nearby hospital.

Disturbing footage of the assault later went viral, showing the rapper curled up on the floor as he was repeatedly kicked and punched by his attackers.
