Majority leader, Alexander Afenyo Markin has urged colleagues in Parliament to see the victory in court as a victory for democracy.
He is of the view that the verdict should not be seen as a victory of one party over the other.
In a statement announcing the decision of the court, Alexander Afenyo Markin indicated that this victory is a triumph for constitutional democracy.
Adding that it reinforces the principle that, in Ghana every institution must operate within the constitution.
