PHOTOS: GNFS trains Asaase staff  on fire safety

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) conducted a fire safety training session for staff at Asaase Broadcasting Company Limited on Wednesday (18 September) aimed at improving workplace safety and emergency preparedness.

During the session, employees were educated on the various types of fire, the correct procedures for handling fire incidents, and how to use fire extinguishers effectively.  GNFS GNFS

The GNFS emphasised the importance of understanding fire classifications and outlined key actions to take during emergencies.

The session was highly interactive, with participants raising several questions, particularly around public education on fire safety.  GNFS GNFS

Staff highlighted the need for more widespread awareness, which GNFS personnel acknowledged, noting the critical role education plays in preventing fire-related accidents.
