Hearts of Oak board member Vincent Odotei Sowah believes the modern secretariat that has just been handed over to the board will make the club a prominent club in Africa.The handover ceremony took place at the facility’s Adabraka location, where the state-of-the-art building was presented to the board led by Executive Chairman Togbe Afede.The event saw the presence of Managing Director, including Vincent Sowah Odotei, and other board members as they toured the facility with the media.Speaking to reporters after the ceremony, Vincent Sowah Odotei said, “Well, first of all, as the board chairman said, this has come to fruition because of the collaboration of all the stakeholders, the patrons, the board, and the supporters.“We are very happy and this is all part of the strategic steps we are taking to make Hearts of Oak a preeminent club, not just in Ghana but in Africa.”The completed project is set to become the club’s center of business in the near future.Described as an ultra-modern facility, the Phobia House will house various offices of the club, marking the first of its kind by any team in Ghana.Hearts of Oak have not had a great season...
