Key Appointments Under Act 845

According to Act 845, the President-Elect must designate individuals to occupy the following roles, which are pivotal to the transition process:

  1. Head of the Staff of Office of the President-Elect
    This individual acts as the operational head of the President-Elect’s office, coordinating transition activities.
  2. Member Responsible for Presidential Affairs
    Ensures that issues concerning the President-Elect’s duties are adequately managed.
  3. Member Responsible for Legal Affairs
