FC Samartex defender Emmanuel Adu Siaw is urging Ghanaians to support the club in large numbers to make the country proud in Africa.The Ghana Premier League champions are set to face Cameroon’s Victoria United this coming weekend in the first leg of the first preliminary round of the 2024/25 Champions League.FC Samartex will take on Victoria United on Sunday, August 18, in Cameroon, with the reverse fixture scheduled to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium the following weekend.Speaking ahead of the game, Adu Siaw said the club is now representing Ghana and called on Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko fans to fill the Accra Sports Stadium during the reverse fixture.“What I can say to all Ghanaians is that Samartex is not only for Samreboi. Now we are representing the whole of Ghana,” he told Joy Sports.“So I would urge everyone, including Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak fans, and Hartifo fans, that this is a Ghana affair.“We have to come together and support the team from Ghana. Together, we can make history again.”

FC Samartex defender Emmanuel Adu Siaw is urging Ghanaians to support the club in large numbers to make the country proud in Africa.

The Ghana Premier League champions are set to face Cameroon’s Victoria United this coming weekend in the first leg of the first preliminary round of the 2024/25 Champions League.

FC Samartex will take on Victoria United on Sunday, August 18, in Cameroon, with the reverse fixture scheduled to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium the following weekend.

Speaking ahead of the game, Adu Siaw said the club is now representing Ghana and called on Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko fans to fill the Accra Sports Stadium during the reverse fixture.
