Flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has said that the former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, is not one to lecture the people of Ghana on economic management.
He says John Dramani Mahama’s abysmal record as president, does not make him a person who can speak about economic mismanagement.
Citing John Dramani Mahama’s records, he said “Sometimes I get a little surprised and amazed when the former president talks about economic mismanagement; he should know his record. What he left us with in 2016 was an abysmal record.
We had endured dumsor for four years and people died National Ambulance Service dead, NHIS dead, industry growth had collapsed, unemployment was high and there was a freeze on public sector employment. We had a result of the cancellation of teacher training allowances”.
