Reports indicate that the Democracy match between Kumasi Asante Kokoto and Accra Hearts of Oak has been postponed.
According to reports, the match which was scheduled for July 3, 2024, has been rescheduled to July 17 at the Accra Sports Stadium due to the unpreparedness of both teams.
The game which is organized by Ghana’s parliament is under the theme “30 Years of Parliamentary Democracy Under the 4th Republic: The Journey Thus Far”.
It is meant to promote peace, engage the citizens in the country and encourage them to participate in the legislative process.
As a curtain raiser, the ex-black stars will play against Parliament before the game for the day.
It is expected that the winner of the game will play against DC United in the United States of America.
