The Tamale High Court, presided over by Justice Richard Kogyapwah, has ordered a rerun of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Primaries.
MyNewsGh.com’s representative at the court said Full Judgement will be read on September 12,2024.
This court case follows the current Member of Parliament (MP), Hajia Lariba Zuweratu decision to head to court to challenge the results of the NPP Walewale parliamentary primary.
Lariba Zuweira Abudu, was narrowly defeated by Tia Kabiru, a special adviser to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, by just seven votes.

Speaking to MyNewsGh.com after the ruling n court on September 2, 2024, Dr Tia Kabiru called for calm.
He asked his supporters to wait for the full ruling, which will be read on September 12, 2024.
