Bawumia could have avoided defeat with timely spiritual intervention- Prophet

Prophet Paul Kusi Appiah has shared intriguing details about the spiritual warnings that were ignored by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, which may have contributed to his defeat in the 2024 elections.

According to Kusi, despite multiple prophetic alerts, the NPP flagbearer failed to act in time, leading to what the prophet described as an avoidable loss.

In a revealing interview with Kwame Tanko on Lawson Radio/TV monitored by MyNewsGH, Prophet Kusi, widely known as the Warrior-Prophet, recalled receiving a call just days before the elections from one of Ghana’s most respected prophets, JY Adu.

“JY Adu called me and told me about a dream he had concerning Bawumia. He said he saw a serious impediment in Bawumia’s way—a spiritual barrier that could hinder his chances unless addressed urgently,” Kusi explained.

“This was not just a small matter; it was something that could have had significant consequences.”

Kusi went on to recount how he and JY Adu took immediate action, sensing the gravity of the situation. “We knew we had to act quickly, so we called another prophet, and it became a conference call.

This other prophet was so concerned about the situation that he insisted Bawumia needed to come to him for prayers immediately to shield him from the spiritual obstacles coming his way,” Kusi said.

However, despite the seriousness of the warnings, Bawumia did not respond. “He failed to come to us for the prayers,” Kusi lamented.

“We did everything we could to help, but he chose not to heed the advice. We were trying to prevent something disastrous from happening, but he didn’t take action.”
