Though the full list of attendees has yet to be officially disclosed, sources have confirmed that the United States will be sending a high-level delegation to represent President Joe Biden.
The delegation will be led by Shalanda D. Young, Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, signalling the importance of the occasion.
