Romania-based Ghanaian forward Kevin Luckassen now a free agent
Romania-based Ghanaian forward Kevin Luckassen is now a free agent after ending his spell with UTA Arad.The 30-year-old leaves the club after just a season spell with the Romanian outfit and is expected to find himself a new club before the start of the new campaign.The Ghanaian forward’s contract with the club will expire at the end of June but he has been released early to look for his next club.Last season, the former Kayserispor attacker made 17 appearances in the Romanian Super League, scoring four goals and providing two assists across the period.The 30-year-old has featured for the Netherlands U18 and U19 youth national teams but is still eligible to represent Ghana at international level.Luckassen has featured for a host of clubs in Europe including Almere City, St Polten, Slovan Liberic, AZ Alkmaar and others.
