Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has told former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama that his claims of a reset are just to mislead Ghanaians into thinking the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has something better to offer.
According to him, Ghana will not return to his tried and failed leadership.
Rather, the country looks to move forward to a future of possibilities under the leadership of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
His comments come on the back of the launch of the NDC manifesto, which seeks to reset Ghana to build it into a country that everyone wants.
“This first-half presentation by Mahama raises more questions than answers. The whole “Reset” campaign appears to be nothing more than an effort to mislead Ghanaians into thinking the NDC is offering a new version. Ghana will not return to the tried and failed leadership of John Mahama. We will not buy the Reset to go back. We are moving forward to a future of possibilities,” he said in a tweet on X.
