Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has been told to focus on selling his dead ideas and not on Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s choices.
John Dramani Mahama while addressing a charged crowd in the Greater Accra Region, threw some jabs at the New Patriotic Party and its flagbearer.
“We were going to launch our manifesto on the 24th of August. Immediately our opponent announced that they were going to a media encounter on the 25th of August, the very next day.
The intention for doing the media encounter the next day after we had announced our manifesto was to turn the attention of Ghanaians from the NDC manifesto. That was the main reason that they decided to do a media encounter,” he said.
But in a sharp rebuttal, the Communications Director for the Dr Mahamudu Bawumia campaign said the former President should focus on selling his dead ideas.
“Instead of using the time you have to explain your dead ideas, you are here wailing about something of no substance. Let’s Stop being petty and get serious,” he said.
