Mcphilix Limited is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural Borode Festival, a vibrant celebration of Ghanaian culture and cuisine.
The festival, scheduled for 7 to -8 March 2025, will bring together people from all walks of life to share in the joy of traditional Ghanaian food, music and dance.
The Borode Festival will feature a range of activities, including a plantain-themed opening ceremony, cultural workshops, and a plantain cooking competition.
The festival will also showcase various plantain-based products and innovations, highlighting the versatility and importance of the plantain in Ghanaian cuisine.
