Bankroller of Berekum Chelsea and Business magnate Bernard Nana Yaw Amofa Jantuah has confirmed Samuel Boadu has committed to lead the club for the next two-years.Boadu signed a short-term deal to finish the 2023/24 season with the club after Christopher Ennin departed the Berekum-based outfit.The former Hearts of Oak tactician impressed, helping the club to finish third in the Ghana Premier League last season.Following a fruitful negotiations, both parties have agreed to continue their marriage for the next two years.“We shouldn’t have won the Ghana Premier League title last season but our coach left us in the second round, which derailed our chances. We have signed two-year deal with coach Samuel Boadu and the focus now is to win the league title next season” he told Kessben FM, as followed by Footballghana.com.Berekum Chelsea won the Ghana Premier League in 2011 and efforts to secure their second title in the top-flight has proved futile.The Bibires are currently preparing for the upcoming domestic top-flight season scheduled for September.
