Vision FC head coach Nana Kweku Agyemang has unequivocally said they are aiming to compete and win the Ghana Premier League.

The side are making their debut appearance in the Ghanaian topflight, having qualified from the Division One League from Zone 3.

With Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak always tipped as favourites to win the title, the former Black Starlets assistant coach says they are ready to compete with the two biggest clubs in the country and win the trophy in their maiden campaign.

"We are in the Ghana Premier League to compete and win the trophy," he told Asempa FM as monitored by Footballghana.com.

"We have Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko competing in the league, but these two clubs have been quiet, but they still have the numbers, and that is the only difference. They have young and experienced players but we are also doing something wonderful which we are convinced about.

"We are a new team, but we have the quality to compete against these teams, and our aim is to compete and win the trophy, and by doing that, we will also become a household name," he added.

Meanwhile, Nana Kweku Agyemang led the side to win the Division One League Super League.
