Kumawood actor Wayosi born Joseph Osei has recounted his experience working with the late Suzzy Williams on a movie set.
During an interview with Poleno Multimedia, Wayoosi recounted taking up acting roles for the first time in the movie “Dada Boat”, where he worked with veteran actor Master Richard and met the late actress Suzzy Williams for the first time.
The actor described the late actress Suzzy Williams as both a good actress and a good person with a kind heart.
Wayoosi talked about his time in 2005 on the same Dada Boat television set as the late actress Suzzy Williams.
“Suzzy Williams was an outstanding actress. At the time, she had no worthy competitor. She was very respectful and had a lot of charisma. When I shot that film with her, I was so proud when I was going home because I anticipated the reaction my being on set with her would generate,” he said.
Wayoosi then expressed delight in being a part of that production and stated how highly he regarded the actress for sharing a set with him.
He claims that working with Suzzy Williams and the veteran actor Master Richard was a beautiful time in his career.
Suzzy Williams was a well-known Ghanaian television and film actor who died in a car crash at Labadi in Accra at the age of 23. The accident happened on the La-Nungua highway on 8 September 2005 at about 1.30 am.
