Following the re-collation of results mandated by the Accra High Court, the Electoral Commission (EC) has started announcing the winners of the nine disputed parliamentary constituencies.
Below are the declared winners so far:
- Obuasi East Constituency (Ashanti Region)
- Winner: Mr. Patrick Boakye-Yiadom (New Patriotic Party – NPP)
- Votes: 18,558
- Runner-up: Samuel Aboagye (National Democratic Congress – NDC) with 18,539 votes.
- Margin of Victory: 19 votes.
- Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency (Eastern Region)
- Winner: Mr. Frank Annoh-Dompreh (NPP)
- Votes: 29,640
- Runner-up: Fummey Philibert (NDC) with 29,433 votes.
- Margin of Victory: 207 votes.
- Tema Central Constituency (Greater Accra Region)
- Winner: Mr. Charles Forson (NPP)
- Votes: 18,870
- Runner-up: Ebi Bright (NDC) with 18,815 votes.
- Margin of Victory: 55 votes.
- Ahafo Ano North Constituency (Ashanti Region)
- Winner: Nana Agyemang Prempeh (NPP)
- Votes: 20,353
- Runner-up: Kwasi Adusei (NDC) with 20,232 votes.
- Margin of Victory: 121 votes.
- Okaikwei Central Constituency (Greater Accra Region)
- Winner: Mr. Patrick Yaw Boamah (NPP)
- Votes: 21,099
- Runner-up: Abdulai Abu Baba Abubakar Sadiq (NDC) with 19,368 votes.
