The Ghana Police Service has offered a reward of GHC20,000 for credible information leading to the arrest of suspect Fatau Motorway in the recent clash that occurred between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Mamobi, a suburb of Accra.
Fatua Motorway who was seen in a viral video wielding gun during the incident has been declared wanted in connection with the disturbances.
In a statement on Monday( 21 October), the police called on the public to provide information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect.
”The Ghana Police Service is still on manhunt for suspect Fatau Motorway, who has been declared wanted in connection with the disturbances that occurred between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Mamobi, Accra, on 13 October, 2024.”
”The Police are appealing to the public to support Police intelligence-led efforts by providing information that could lead to his arrest.”
”A reward of GHC20,000.00 has been offered for anyone who provides credible information leading to his arrest,” the police statement said.
