I’ve brought unprecedented development to Tolon than NDC’s 20 years- Habib Iddrisu

The Member of Parliament for Tolon constituency who doubles as the First Deputy Majority Chief Whip in Parliament, Alhaji Habib Iddrisu has revealed that he has brought unprecedented developmental projects to the Tolon constituency than the 20 years of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) under its regime

“ I have about 134 communities, 24 electoral areas and 9 paramountcies in my constituency and I can tell you that in every community I have at least one project to show for in my 3 years and 10 months as their MP”, he boasted.

He noted that every constituency deserves an MP who cares for the development and wellbeing of their people, adding that he is the best choice for the Tolon people.

“ I have not taken the power the people of a Tolon have given me for granted and so I have been able to work extremely hard to impact the lives of the good people of a Tolon and I appreciate what they have done for me and am very positive and convinced beyond reasonable doubt that I am going to retain me.” He assured.

The Tolon MP stated that he has solved 90% of challenges in his constituency within his 3 years as MP for the area.

“ There’s no electoral area in my constituency where I haven’t fulfilled 90% of their challenges when I was campaigning to become their MP and in other electoral areas I have done 100%.” He disclosed this during an interview with Tamale-based Diamond FM.

Hon. Iddrisu is optimistic that come December 7 he will increase the votes margin from 9,280 votes difference with the NDC to about 20,000 votes difference considering the massive development he has brought to the Tolon constituency.

“ My presence as the MP has changed the narrative of Tolon. There’s nothing the NDC has done in their 20 years that I haven’t done in my 3 years but I can mention projects that I have brought to Tolon which within the 20 years of NDC could not do for the people of Tolon.” The lawmaker reiterated.
