Indian Super League side, Mohammedan SC have announced the return of Ghanaian defender Joseph Adjei ahead of the new season.The former Legon Cities centre-back signed a deal that will keep him at the club until 2025 as he make a return to the club.Adjei has been offered with an improved deal after a starring role in the teams return to Indian top division club.He is expected to feature prominently throughout the campaign for the club as they maintain their topflight status."Guess who’s back to defend and conquer? No breaking through here!," wrote the club confirming his return.The towering guardsman immediately joined his teammates for preparations ahead of the upcoming matches.Adjei will play alongside Ghanaian compatriot Abdul Kadiri Mohammed, who also joined the club in the summer transfer window. The former Ghana Premier League winner's career has seen him play in South Africa, Oman, the United States and Saudi Arabia before moving to India.
