The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Cape Coast North, Horace Ekow Ewusi, has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the most vulnerable members of society.
Ewusi gave the assurance when he met with over 300 widows in the Cape Coast North constituency.
The meeting was to afford him the opportunity to discuss issues of interest, provide financial support and renew his commitment towards assisting the needy.
He emphasised his dedication to providing assistance to those in need. “Helping the vulnerable ones, particularly widows, is a principle I sincerely believe in and think it is our collective responsibility to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive,” he stated.
Ewusi added that vulnerable members in the area can rest assured that he is committed to helping them overcome the challenges they face.
He therefore called on the constituents to vote for him as the Member of Parliament (MP) and NPP flagbearer Mahamudu Bawumia as the president in the 7 December polls to continue to provide support to the vulnerable and even extend it.
“I have already started to support the people and if I am elected as the Member of Parliament, I will even do more. So I’m asking you to vote for me and Dr. Bawumia come December 7. We will make sure we continue to improve the lives of the people,” he said.
Ewusi also assured the public that the upcoming elections will be free, fair, transparent and peaceful.
He further urged Ghanaians to refrain from any form of electoral violence.
