CAF Confederation Cup: We’ll do everything to eliminate Raja Casablanca – Nsoatreman FC forward Abdul Rahman

Nsoatreman FC attacker Mohammed Abdul Rahman says his outfit will do everything possible to eliminate Raja Casablanca from the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Ghana FA Cup champions edged out Chadian outfit Elect Sport in the first preliminary round to set up a tie with the Moroccan giants in the second round.

Yaw Preko’s side will play host to Raja Casablanca this weekend before traveling to Morocco for the return fixture.

Speaking to the media, Abdul Rahman, who has hit top form for Nsoatreman FC says he and his charges will do their best to edge out Raja Casablanca.

“I believe we can match up Raja Casablanca. It is about adhering to the instruction from our coach. We are not afraid. Ghanaians are behind us so we will also do our best to eliminate them” he said.

Rahman has been outstanding for Nsoatreman FC this season, racking up three goals in three matches across competitions. He netted a brace in the first leg against Elect Sport as his side advanced to the next stage of the qualifiers.

The attacker was also on target at the weekend when Nsoatreman FC defeated Young Apostles 2-0 in the Ghana Premier League opener.

He will be hoping to maintain his fine form throughout the season for the Amano-based club.
