"The All Regional Games although we want talent someone can travel abroad and become a doctor go to university and become a teacher etc. to help Ghana some will go an do athletics and others will go and learn. Second major exit what I do is football so we are speaking to scouts they will also come and look for the next Sulley Mutari, Asamoah Gyan, Michael Essien, Stephen Appiah etc.
"The third major exit what we said on our previous interviews the teams that will come to the festival and take gold any discipline that you excel in for example is you win gold in volley in Accra we will make sure we go to that region and build a volleyball court there, tennis if you take gold we will go to their region and build a tennis court there so these are the three major exit we are doing to help,"
