FC Samartex head coach Nurudeen Amadu is confident his team can get a good result in the first leg of their 2024/25 CAF Champions League first round preliminary clash against Victoria United.The Samreboi-based club will face Victoria United in Cameroon for the first leg of the qualifiers and will host the return leg at the Accra Sports Stadium.If they succeed, Samartex will then compete against either ASGNN of Niger or Moroccan side Raja Club Athletic in the second round.The matches for the first preliminary round are scheduled for the upcoming weekend, while the second-round fixtures will take place from September 13-22.Speaking after his team drew goalless with Togo’s Asko de Kara, Amadu said, his players “defended very well. FC Samartex head coach Nurudeen Amadu is confident his team can get a good result in the first leg of their 2024/25 CAF Champions League first round preliminary clash against Victoria United.

The Samreboi-based club will face Victoria United in Cameroon for the first leg of the qualifiers and will host the return leg at the Accra Sports Stadium.

If they succeed, Samartex will then compete against either ASGNN of Niger or Moroccan side Raja Club Athletic in the second round.
